As an Integrative Yoga Therapist and Bodyworker, I provide mindful movement practices and hands-on therapy to promote health, well-being and vibrant living! My work spans 1-on-1 in person or virtual sessions, group classes, continued education for teachers, and virtual series found here on my site.

My expertise comes from more than two decades of extensive training and skill development. My licensing and certifications include:
– Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT)
-Yoga Educator and Teacher (E-RYT500)
-Bodywork and Massage (LMBT)

My education includes Thai Yoga Massage (through the Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand) Cranio-Sacral Level 1 (through the Upledger Institute), Restorative Yoga Training (with Judith Lasater), and SATYA Training (with Tias Little), among many more! I love being a student!

I have extensive experience working with injury prevention and recovery, pain management, pre and post surgical care, joint replacements, spinal conditions, neurological conditions, aging conditions, and have created numerous adaptive practices to promote positive change for each individual.

I firmly believe that integrative bodywork and yoga therapy is wonderful healing tool, and complementary modality to most all other healthcare forms to promote homeostasis and health.

How I Work

The core of my work is built around Integrative Bodywork and Yoga Therapy Privates, which can include personalized assessments, goal setting, lifestyle management, hands-on bodywork and customized yoga therapy techniques, as well as as consultations for teachers and therapists. Each session is created to best suit your needs and ability level.

I offer one weekly restorative yoga class in Charlotte, NC, and one weekly virtual yoga class through Swan River Yoga in New Orleans, LA. I also offer various retreats throughout the year.
