Physical alignment promotes a good relationship between the body’s parts, so bones align, joints move in their full range of motion, and there is a circulation of fluids.
Aligning the physical body strengthens and supports all body systems and affects our mind, mood, and emotions. This practice balances strength and flexibility in the body and can help us prevent or heal from injury. It is a great complement to all other forms of exercise and movement, and the antidote to a sedentary lifestyle.
