• 8:30 – 11:30am: Swan alignment with SATYA*, led by Keith & Kelly
• 11:30 – 12:30: lunch** option to pre-order with Good Karma will save time!
• 12:30 – 2: Dharma on silence, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation, led by TQ
• 2:30 – 4: Further dharma on silence, restorative yoga and meditation, led by Laura Johanna
• 4 – 4:15: Breaking silence, sharing experience, and closing chants
