Online Conscious Living: Hip Health

This class is all about the hips! We explore hip mechanics, and how to create balance through stability and mobility. Our pelvis is the foundation of our spine, and it’s health is vital to our movement, posture, and overall health. All welcome, including those with joint replacements.

The Conscious Living Series has moved to an online, virtual platform!
Each month we address a pertinent health issue or area of the physical body prone to injury or tightness. Our practice is to promote greater health and understanding of the functionality of our bodies, and how our practice is a wonderful tool for preventative health care.

You will receive an informational handout including our yoga sequence.
*You must be able to lie down on the floor (or a bed or platform) for a portion of the practice.*

Props needed:

-Chair / autamon
-Strap / belt or scarf
-2 blocks / books or cans of equal size
-2 blankets
-1 bolster recommended (You can tightly roll a few stiff blankets and tie them for a make shift bolster)
