In this 17-hour Prenatal Teacher Training, learn how to effectively support expectant mothers through their pregnancy and beyond through the practice of yoga. Yoga during pregnancy builds strength, confidence, and a greater sense of connection and well-being for mom and baby.
This training is for 200-hour Certified Yoga Teachers, and is required for Swan River Teachers to teach or sub Swan River Prenatal Classes. You will learn to confidently and comfortably adapt asana in your public classes for the safety of prenatal students, as well as design a specific prenatal class or private session.
Our lessons include sound sequencing for all trimesters, restorative poses, contraindications, breath work, and proper assists. A segment will also be taught on postnatal yoga care for moms. And, during the training you will take and observe a full prenatal class.
In addition to the 17 training hours, your training includes optional observation of Kelly Haas’s Monday 6pm Prenatal class for the month of May.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the start time of the event. All cancellations subject to a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds or credits granted for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event start. Class packages are not valid for event.
