Let’s shine like the sun in the Southern French countryside, at the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains, among the vineyards, jasmine and fruit trees. Sounds like a dream? It is manifesting.

Your retreat package includes:

• Accommodations in spacious community-style rooms
  (3 rooms total with twin beds. Each room has a shared bath with multiple sinks, showers, and toilets.)
• Full access to our 400 year old cottage with plenty of nooks for relaxation, yoga, meditation, including gardens and outdoor dining
• 3 organic, mostly locally sourced meals daily, including herbal teas, coffee, and spring water.
• 2 movement / yoga / meditation / breathwork practices daily
• Ground transportation to / from Limoux train station
• Phenomenal hosts, who are friends of mine for over a decade

The sun sets this time of year around 10pm, so we have long days to play and explore. At least one evening, we will set off on a sunset walk and dessert with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. Some days we will set off to explore local villages, markets, and hike.

There is so much to explore!

Not included in the price, but on my agenda for those who are interested include a visit to Rennes-les-Bains (natural hot springs) and a Sunday market not to be missed!

Deposit of $150USD to reserve your space by Dec 31, 2025. Per Person Price = $1080 USD

Airfare not included: Recommended to fly into Toulouse, France (TLS).
From there, ~2 hours via train to arrive to Limoux, where you will be greeted and transported to our retreat.
