Pensacola Beach Intensive Retreat

June 25-28, 2020This Intensive can be experienced in person (limited) or virtually. Most activities in person will be outside, on the beach, in the early mornings and late evenings.

We will contemplate several texts, practice yoga asana, meditation, mantra, and how to practice mindfully and sequence intelligently.

You can join one, all, online, in person …. We need to know ahead of time as in person is limited, and with social distancing.
